June confirmed at +0.08% on the Market Pulse, a market standing perfectly still while for those that are selling, velocity quietly hit its fastest month of 2026. May confirmed fast and firm with half of Seattle homes going under contract in under ten days, an average of 27 days on market, and a 101% sold/list price.
